Welcome to The Gray Man Writes, our little haunted corner of the Internet. ("Haunted" in the metaphorical sense, of course, since Gray's alter ego is a famous South Carolina ghost.) We're glad you're here, and we hope you like it enough to come back!
Who is the "Gray Man"?
Gray Rinehart writes science fiction, fantasy, assorted nonfiction, and the odd song. Or odd songs.
He is also the "Anti-Candidate," available as a write-in vote for any elective office, anywhere.

Fiction Editing
As with our nonfiction editing, we offer several levels of editorial support:
- Proofreading (misspelled words, typographical errors, punctuation errors, grammar errors)
- Copy Editing (all proofreading as above, plus help with document structure, clarity, word choice, and minimizing redundancies and inconsistencies)
- Rewriting (all proofreading and copyediting as above, plus extensive revisions)
On the nonfiction page we noted that we tend to be very picky. If it appears that you need help with simple grammar, we will recommend you find that kind of help elsewhere.
We will make suggestions on continuity and observations about inconsistencies within the text or story elements we find unrealistic. You, of course, are free to tell us to stuff our advice, mind our own business, and keep to the commas and typos.
